I have to admit that NASA scientists using a magnifying glass to take pictures of their marble kitchen counter is a brilliant idea :-p (alright, I'm out)
Okay, Rick, I'll try to be more serious in the future, But I told you I'm on this new medication that makes it difficult to be serious about anything. I'm like Mary Tyler Moore at the Chuckles the Clown funeral, and if you haven't seen that episode, watch it on YouTube. A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer down your pants!
JiEL - Uh, if that black spot was an actual moon, there should be some features to it. So, I amazed myself and found this exact picture with the story:
Ganymede gives Jupiter a black eye - Ganymede’s huge shadow often crosses Jupiter as the moon passes in front of the planet. This shot from the Hubble Space Telescope shows the moon’s large shadow blotting out part of Jupiter’s iconic Great Red Spot.
