I have tucked away in a drawer somewhere a pair of swimmers with the US flag on them, purchased as a keepsake of a visit to beautiful Key West many moons ago. Sadly I have never possessed the physique of that lovely guy (too skinny me) or his delicious bulge!
bobbert - I, too, had a pair similar to those. And I, also, didn't fill them out like this young man.
