Very artistic!
That is a most striking architectural statement. At first it reminded me of stacks of unwashed dirty dishes in the kitchen of a greasy spoon. on second glance, a nesting of tornadoes. And inside, although I know it isn't, the mall on steroids. Interesting building.
Love it,some cities have such interesting architecture!
