  2. Every Canadians and also here in Province of Québec are paying «income taxes» on federal and provincial sides and also are paying 15% purchasing taxe on things we buy in stores. There are some exeptions on some goods like maternity stuffs, clothes for children as some examples.

    BUT even if some are complaining of the average high percentage of all taxes here, we globaly agree that we have alot in return just mentionning our universal health care system.

    The higher your income here, the more your percentage in your «bracket» is high.
    When we do our income reports to both government levels, we have some deductibles that, after applying them, reduce our income level.
    So our taxe to pay is counted on this « cleaned income » only.

    (I've put «cleaned» as I don't know how you say « revenu NET » in English.)

  4. I don't like the second meme. Private property owners are not the problem... people not being able to have access to education and a means to earn a living wage in order to afford housing... is the issue.

    The third meme is spot on.
