Mom died yesterday at 12:46pm.
I was at her bedside watching her breathe and saw the moment her heart stopped beating.
I'll be extending my stay here for another ten days or so. Jerry will be joining me for the funeral.
There won't be any postings until I get back to Portland.

We all must face this. So glad that you were there for your Mother. Now comes the hard bit. Going On. I have been doing it for 2 months now. Good days and bad days ahead. Get as much rest as you can. Eat and exercise as you normally do, and get back into your own rhythm as soon as you can. Sending you and your family love and support. Be well.
