Wonderful documents, especially the split film where the difference of the cityscape can be seen. I have travelled by this railway.

Anon@5:29am - I, too, noticed the difference of the cityscape.

Hi Rick,

Wuppertal was visited last fall specifically to photograph the Schwebebahn (floating or levitating train in German). www.nabobswims.com/wuppertal-schwebebahn

I'm not sure how to insert a link to the photos

I love it!!

Thinking outside the box.

Why can't we have nice things here in America? Rhetorical question.

If we didn't have the 10% making decisions for the rest of us we would be so far advanced than we are now. We have them hanging on to old revenue streams with cars and killing our planet. I do believe the US would be more involved in EVs. I am not saying everyone would be driving one but the cars would be a more reasonable choice. The same goes for alternative energy. Did you hear that the recent heat wave in Texas was taxing the electrical grid but did not go down because a lot of the energy generated was from wind and solar? We need more than alternative energy. When I was living in San Digago a lot of companies covered parking lots that had solar panels on them. Ali Velshi-MSNBC had a great segment on Big Oil gas lighting the American people for decades on climate change. They knew it was a problem but kept the old paradigm because it benefitted them. Here is the link to Ali ---https://www.msnbc.com/velshi --- Choose the clip "Global Gaslighting.
