I LOVE THIS VIDEO. It touches on so many of the issues I deal with in the kitchen. I sort of knew about some of it... but man... this is a game changer. Thanks for sharing, Rick.
I've watched a lot of Ethan's recipe's and they're really usually really good (if sometimes a bit greasy). Ethan himself is excellent eye candy. And I'll just say that the unique carrot doesn't surprise me at all. 8D
