In USA as a so Christian country it's almost «funny» not to say very sad that you had two Catholic Democrate Presidents and both are having big issues to make your country a better country to live in.
ReplyDeleteI thought that the «war» between religions was over since two centuries...
Is there any Catholic faith people in the «Repugs» party?
Again, when religion will be out of the public politics in USA, maybe your governments will rule for ALL of your citizens no matter who they are or pray for etc.

ReplyDeleteOn average, US Catholics are slightly more liberal than the average of the US population. But there's a substantial minority of hard-line true-believing Catholics who are fanatically anti-gay and anti-abortion -- pretty much culturally similar to the fundies. They certainly vote Republican.

ReplyDeleteThat last one is very funny. Religion is the new oppression.

ReplyDeleteLove the last one, too. 8D
Thanks, Rick.
Jimbo - You are very welcome.
