That fourth picture is neat but very gross at the same time. We are getting to over populated. There will soon be no open space left.
ReplyDeleteMistress Maddie - Indeed, there are too many people on this planet.
ReplyDeletequite impressive!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I don't live in a large city! My city is 100,000 people now, when I was growing up it was only 40,000 people.
ReplyDeleteLuv chocolate - That sounds very nice.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know where pic #4 is? That's gross, I'd be forever lost!
ReplyDeleteI'm from the Clemson, SC area (can hear the football games from my deck). Yeah I'm that close. Moved here 15 years ago and I liked the area very much.
In those 15 years a lot has changed and I fear that one day the area will look a lot like that 4th pic from my little homestead to Greenville and beyond.
It's doubtful I'll be around when that happens though.
Everyone enjoy your upcoming week!
Mike
Mike - I agree that pic #4 is unsettling but I have no idea where that is. If it's any consolation, sometimes I think it's a product of Photoshop.
ReplyDeleteQuick Google search states # 4 is an aerial view of Mexico City.
ReplyDeleteMilleson - Wow, thanks for doing that. I had no idea.
ReplyDeleteThe view of the Sagrada Familia - #3 - is impressive though a tad sad, as are the three above.
ReplyDeleteI understand the need of humans to concentrate their lives in places that mechanically grow as time goes, like anthills. Unfortunately it seems we are less wise than ants for we still lack the collective consciousness part.
