A $38 billon increase to the Military budget? Really?!
I know that China is on the verge of becoming - if not already - the first world leading power, both economically and in terms of weaponry. Is it reason enough to go on with that arms race, spending extravagant amounts of money which will never benefit the actual power of a Nation: its people / health level / infrastructures / education - you name it!?
