O!Daddie - Yes, with their Citizens United opinion that gave businesses the same rights as individuals.
Yes... The Supreme Court's Citizens United decision prompted Mitt Romney to say that "corporations are people too!" during the last election cycle. Super PACs and "dark money" have been rampant ever since.
