I met Mr. Nimoy very briefly at the Guthrie when he was touring in a one-man show about Picasso. Most guarded man I'd ever met. By that point in his life he had developed a wall between him and others. It was interesting. I didn't think much of the show, to be honest, but certainly said nothing. That second illustration looks very Incan.
I wonder if the book is still in print.....
