Question would be . . . does the dog sense your dislike of getting them bathed, resisting, then complying with the full deal, then heading straight outside to roll around in the dirt, playfully, and coming back to ask for another bath as a way for them to playfully torment their owner while also indicating just WHO is in charge OR do they consider a bath another form of "play"?
Cats? They don't have any problem with hiding their true feelings, quickly and expeditiously. THEY know who is in charge, THEY are.
