@Rad - I think similar thoughts when these storms have their season. Yesterday, on Mother's Day, a church in Pennsylvania was partially destroyed by a tornado and forced 60 attendees to the basement to save their lives. I wondered if their god took exception to the message they were hearing or if it was just god's will...Whatever. After all is said and done, he is a vengeful god. I'm sending hopes and prayers.
#2) Holy fuck, I hope that car made it to safety, that ominous cloud looks very threatening
Though I never witness one myself Massachusetts has about 2 to 3 tornado watches or warnings every summer. Most never touch down. We did have one in 1953 that claimed 94 lives, just two town over from where I live.
Massachusetts can have paralyzing ice storms, snowstorms, blizzards, hurricanes, tornadoes, heat waves, earthquakes (yup) and other related weather conditions.
interesting!
ReplyDeleteThey are not fun, but I can't lie the way they form and come down is rather fascinating.
