Few people remember that "Ranger" was a model of the F-100 pickup line from about 1967 forward. It was a trim level of the normal F-100, as was "Lariat". Later oved to their compact pickup truck to compete with the Chevy L.U.V. (light utility vehicle, per Chevrolet) in the earlier 1980s. So that nameplate has been applied to several pickup truck vehicles over its lifespan.
The 1920s Hand Carved Mercedes Hearse is preserved in the hearse warehouse of the Eastern Cemetery in Madrid (Spain).
