Interesting how "abs" have evolved over the past 50 years! From "flatter" to "knowing where they were, with a hint of definition of them", to their bottom "belt line" in the earlier 1970s, to the great definition and musculature we now see. Frontal thigh definition has been similar! As the USA's obesity rates keep trending higher.
