I believe that the US could have been further along in EV production.
Big money in politics that keeps the fossil fuel folks chugging along. Did the fossil fuel ever think of shifting the paradigm and investing in EV vehicles? It's all about money.
We could have had a more robust solar program as well. Maybe Carter was on to something.
