It's all pure fantasy as far as I can see. Most obviously, it is powered by nuclear fusion. But the artist seems to have little comprehension of how wings work to make lift and how external projections produce strong drag. Turbulence-cancelling vibrations? Most repairs done while in the air?
No interest in sea cruises, I can't imagine being cooped up in one of these. LOL
