When shopping in a Walmart in Rehoboth Beach,Del. a nice young clerk saw that I was a Canadian. He said to me that I was living in dreamful Canada.
I asked him why he was telling me so. He said that he was afraid to be very sick and need to go to a hospital because he would have to declare bankrupcy and live a poor life after it.
I'm always flabbergated to see how gazillion of dollarw USA is putting in the army, space race etc but never put money in a universal health care system as here in Canada and me in Province of Québec.
Canada an average 40 million of population and Province of Québec we are 8 million and still we can afford our health care system.
Yes we pay alot in taxes but we are assured of a FREE access to doctors and any health issues.
