Looks like a slight variation of Swiss roasties - aka hash browns, like my mother did them. So simple yet so delicious, and will come as a side course with any kind of meal. I need to add potatoes on my list to cook some. Too bad they don't sell pot at the grocery store... :-)

Laurent - Jerry gets his latkas frozen at Trader Joe's. They're pretty good. No pot, though.
