The above items tend to illustrate that those who pushed the myriad of somewhat poorly-crafted anti-abortion legislation through, because they could, are living in a perfect world where all babies are born to loving parents with a nice home, nice car, and can give their baby a really good life. That is not always reality!
Not allowing an abortion in cases of deadly birth defects means lots of money spent, which the medical community benefits from, at the parents' expense.
Obviously, the penalties for rape need to be strengthened, too. Can't give out free condoms as that might lead to promiscous behavior.
