We are SO CLOSE to the edge...again. Take a listen to Rachel Maddow's "Ultra" podcast as she tells of how close we got in 1940 with Republican members of Congress and armed insurrection. The Republicans have gotten very good at this stuff over the ensuing years.
Love that story about boy not taking notes. It's the technique of Trump and his followers to tell you that you're stupid. It's amazing to me how many people think that such bully tactics fit them!! And they believe him.
