    I tried and baked several kinds of pastries over the years - and, I'll admit it, not always successfully, LoL!
    Now if one of you here could point me to their best and preferred carrot cake recipe I'd be willing to test it.

    Laurent - As much as I like this cake, I've never made one even though I've saved several recipes. Some are quite involved.
