Lot of this is killing «real» democracy in USA. Your country is more and more evolving in an authocracy and almost a dictature as ONE of the parti is able to gerrymander any part of the electoral system and blaming the other parti to do it.
For us, USA is no more a model of democratic country and worse, Russia and China are laughing and are showing it as the faillure of the democratic system.
