I don't begrudge them their wealth - I just wish they would do more with it to help others. Sue, their little pet projects help create jobs, but there are better things they could do.

We have such rich people in Canada but not much as in USA but even if our populatione is 10 times lower than yours, we can afford ALL what is mentionned on the first pic.
Child care here in Province de Québec cost to parents $10/day per child. The fees in our CEGEP (college of 2 years after high school, before getting to university) is almost free.
Last en not the least, everywhere in Canada, we have universal health care and never paid for anything like doctor or surgery or scans etc..
I cannot believe there still are people asking such questions. Even wearing blinders soaked in onion juice, it only takes a glimpse at what so many other rich countries have set in place for decades to know the how-to. The rest is merely hypocrisy from selfish and reactionary people. Beware, for your wealth will prove useless when they bring you to the Guillotine.
