I have a elderly best gal pal who adopted the thinking in the last picture, but not just for the holidays. More like every day. She'll probably outlive us all!
Rick, it's kind of sweet. She lives in the circular building by the I-5 bridge in Vancouver. It's subsidized housing, mostly elderly. All rooms open on a circular corridor, their doors 6 feet apart. They all drag chairs out to their doors at 4 p.m. and "wine and whine" for happy hour. Such a great bunch of with it Seniors!
Wonderful posts about winter solstice and the reason for the season, saturnalia...
ReplyDeleteThere is always something to learn. Thank you Ricky.
