Post-10698...
We bought a house!
It's three bed/two bath, 1222sf, with a double garage, no basement because we didn't want to deal with stairs. It's been mostly updated but the master bath is much too small, so we're going to reconfigure it and the second bath into a more desirable arrangement. (I captured these pix from the web site and they all have that annoying white band at the top and bottom but I wasn't going to go to the trouble to crop them off.)
