A line from the Review section of the July 16-17 issue of the Wall Street Journal summed up one of my fears about the republiCONs of today:
"The congressional Republican Party remains committed to a fiscal agenda that would cut social insurance to finance big upper-income tax cuts."
I thought I would be laughingly entertained by the bullshit coming from the mouths of the Republicons during the convention - - Found that all it did was piss me off...and had to turn it off.
