When I posted about the house last week it was only because our offer had been accepted. None of the inspections had been done yet on the property and, unfortunately, they revealed some expensive problems, at which point we weren't sure if we wanted to proceed. After a few days' negotiating the seller agreed to lower the price of the house and we'll take care of the issues. Yippee!! Jerry and I are now Homo Owners! (Well, officially, not until closing next week.)
