It says that citizens can bear arms if they are part of a well regulated militia. None of them are. Take their guns away since possession outside of that "well regulated militia" is clearly illegal. Throw the recalcitrant in jail or mental institutions. Perhaps it would be cheaper to spring for penis enhancement surgery for the mentally and physically deficient.
We have fairly strict laws regarding guns in most States in Australia, but there is a big trade in illegal guns. Almost daily in the city I'm living in someone gets shot every day!!!!
