1. Open Google Maps, click on Get Directions.
2. Type China as your starting point.
3. Type Japan as your destination.
4. Read item 27 and laugh.

    FYI:

    "27. Jet ski across the pacific ocean"

    according to the Lonely Planet web site: "there is a ferry leaving out of Shanghai harbor, and arrives in Osaka. It takes a while ... if you leave on a saturday, you arrive on a monday."

    It doesn't mention if this is a jet ski or not, only that it is a ferry.
