Ive often felt colds come in two parts; the first is only a sniffle then we get the full blast later. If you get them at the same time each year [I do] its always best to keep cold/flu meds beforehand; the worst ones can be kept at bay if you take the meds early enough, at the firsr sign of a cold. Otherwise, drink plenty of water [non-stop], take two painkillers every three hours [ignore what the pill packets say, thats just to cover the companys asses if anyone accidentally overdoses! Painkillers only work two at a time] and finally KEEP WARM! Sweat it out itll be unpleasant but it gets a cold out of the way faster. hope youre better.
